4. ZGŁOSZENIA:
- Zgłoszenia do zawodów będą przyjmowane do dnia 17-06-2010 na e-mail: stajak@poczta.fm
- Wpisowe zawodników wynosi:
- 100 zł – dla jednej klasy
- 50 zł – dla każdej kolejnej klasy
- Warunkiem dopuszczenia zawodnika do startu w Mistrzostwach Polski jest okazanie w Biurze Zawodów następujących dokumentów:
- aktualna licencja zawodnika (naklejony hologram)
- aktualne badania lekarskie
- aktualne ubezpieczenie OC i NW
- pokwitowanie wpłaty wpisowego
- wypełniona i podpisana przez sędziego technicznego karta obiegowa
- Zawodnicy uczestniczą w zawodach na własny koszt.
5. START
- Zawody rozgrywane będą zgodnie z regulaminem MMP SW 2010 i przepisami technicznymi IJSBA 2010, dostępne na stronie PZMWiNW. (http://www.pzmwinw.pl)
- Obowiązuje start z brzegu z bramka startową.
- Sygnałem startowym jest otwarcie bramki startowej przez sędziego.
6. NAGRODY
- Zawodnicy w klasach za miejsca I; II; III otrzymują puchary.
- Organizator przewidział również nagrody rzeczowe.
- UBEZPIECZENIE
- Każdy z zawodników zobowiązany jest do zawarcia umowy ubezpieczenia od odpowiedzialności cywilnej na sumę ubezpieczenia min.25.000 zł.
- Organizator będzie wymagał również polisy NW od nieszczęśliwych wypadków oraz kosztów leczenia, do okazania w biurze zawodów.
- Możliwe będzie wykupienie polisy OC i NW w biurze zawodów.
8. PARK MASZYN
- Park Maszyn jest strzeżoną strefą, przeznaczoną do parkowania i technicznego przygotowania skuterów do startu.
- Park maszyn będzie strzeżony od godziny 20.00 w dniu 18-06-2010 do godziny 17.00 w dniu 20-06-2010.
- Przebywanie w Parku Maszyn w godzinach nocnych (22:00 – 6:00) oraz podczas ceremonii otwarcia i zamknięcia zawodów będzie zabronione.
- Parkowanie skuterów dozwolone jest tylko w wyznaczonych polach.
- Wstęp do Parku Maszyn dozwolony jest tylko zawodnikom, mechanikom i osobom funkcyjnym posiadającym identyfikatory określające strefę dostępu wydane przez organizatora.
- Zabrania się wprowadzania zwierząt do Parku Maszyn.
- Na całym terenie Parku Maszyn obowiązuje zakaz palenia tytoniu i używania otwartego ognia.
9. OCHRONA ŚRODOWISKA
- Każdy zawodnik zobowiązany jest do ochrony środowiska naturalnego.
- Obowiązkiem zawodnika jest zastosowanie zabezpieczenia przed zanieczyszczeniem terenu przez skuter.
- Poziom dźwięku nie może przekroczyć 86DB, mierzonego w odległości 15m.
- Silniki nieodpowiadające normom nie będą dopuszczane do wyścigów.
- Za nieprzestrzeganie zasad może zostać nałożona kara w wysokości 250 zł.
10. ADMINISTRACJA ZAWODÓW
- SĘDZIA GŁÓWNY – Remigiusz Nowak
- BIURO ZAWODÓW - czynne w dniach 19-20.06.2010 w godzinach od 9.00 do 18.00.
11. PRZEPISY KOŃCOWE:
- Niniejsza Eliminacja Motorowodnych Mistrzostw Polski Skuterów Wodnych rozgrywana jest zgodnie z Regulaminem MMP SW 2010 i Technicznym IJSBA 2010.
- Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do dokonania zmian w niniejszym Programie, które będą podane najpóźniej na odprawie zawodników w specjalnym komunikacie na piśmie.
- Ilość osób i pojazdów posiadających prawo wjazdu w strefę zawodów oraz ilość identyfikatorów zezwalających na wstęp określa organizator.
- Strefa zawodów określona przez organizatora i przedstawiona w planie sytuacyjnym okazanym na odprawie jest strefą wyłączoną z publicznego wolnego dostępu. Służby porządkowe powołane do nadzoru nad organizacją zawodów, policja oraz straż miejska mogą usunąć z tej strefy i zakazać wstępu osobom wskazanym przez Organizatora.
- Organizator może wyznaczyć strefy z ograniczeniem dostępu oraz inne ograniczenia wynikające z zasad bezpieczeństwa.
- Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo kontroli medycznej oraz kontroli trzeźwości wszystkich zawodników oraz zdeponowania na czas zawodów książeczek zdrowia.
- Ekspozycja reklam w miejscu zawodów jest wyłącznym przywilejem Organizatora. Zawodnicy posiadający własne reklamy proszeni są o wcześniejszy kontakt.
- Za uszkodzoną boję Organizator będzie pobierał opłatę w wysokości 500 zł (pięćset złotych).
